The Hills Have Eyes 2
- I have to say the first one had a better storyline, but this one was 10 times more gory. I definately recomend going to see it.

Disturbia
- A VERY VERY good film to go see with some friends. A nice "on the edge of your seat" with out "jumping in fear at every turn" movie. Kind of like 'When a Stranger Calls'. The main actor (from "Even Stevens" fame) was actually good and has become a really well developed actor on his way to win some awards. And after seeing him act in this movie I am looking more forward to 'Transformers'. Go see the movie, you'll like it! Though adults... may want to wait for it to hit DVD, since some parts of very Teen-Drama and may being annoying to some.

Georgia Rule, definitely Lindsay Lohan's best film to date.

Emo-Spidey.
I feel ripped off, the entire movie I was like "Oh, so how's he going to kill Sandman?" and he never did. Bugger.

And now PotC 3: Was alright, not the best of the 3. Didn't like all the random new Callipso/Bretherin/Pieces of 8 stuff that was just all of a sudden added. Didn't like how some of the characters seemed too different from the previous movie as well, like the movies were meant to be set together yet you could tell the characters just randomly decided to change in the middle. Like what was the point of all of Norrington's appearances in the second movie, and becoming a pirate, resenting life and Jack Sparrow and co, and then all of a sudden he's a ranking officer [again] and he dies practically instantly. He might as well not have been in the second one at all. What we saw of his character in the third movie looks like it could have just carried on from where we saw his character at the end of the first. Makes the second one seem a little random. And Tia Dalma changed from the ever-loving/happy Jamaican gypsy-esque woman who knows her stuff with the black arts, to some form of ancient angry sea goddess. Huh? Nah, didn't like it. First one all the way But go me, I actually waited through all of those never ending credits for the final scene! Don't know if it was worth it or not really.

First one all the way But go me, I actually waited through all of those never ending credits for the final scene! Don't know if it was worth it or not really. I know what you mean about how incredibly long the credits were, just for one last scene. But it was just an important scene that I think it was worth it. It's just that they should put the scene at the end of the actual movie, not the credits. Most people who aren't like us reading about stuff ahead of time online would not know to stay. And have you have seen such long credits before? Arghh! I really liked the movie, though. I thought the action was awesome and it was very funny. I definitely had some issues with some of the mythology not adding up. But I think most supernatural shows and movies have those kinds of holes in the plot. A lot of people are complaining that the plot was too confusing. I thought it was complicated, but I was never confused by it. I like the characters changing and growing. *******SPOILER ALERT!!!!******** *****SPOILERS GALORE!!!!**** As for Norrington, sometime between the first and second film, he was fired from the only thing he knew how to do. So in the second one, we saw an angry, broken, shell of a man. But he was still fighting to get the heart of Davy Jones so he could have some leverage to get his position back. At the end of the second film, he used the heart to get back into the British Navy at a higher ranking.
In this one he has assumed that ranking and had his life back, plus more. It didn't seem weird to me that he had become emotionally stable again. I was happy that he redeemed himself at the end. He had never been wholly evil, but a betrayed man who lost the woman he loved, his job and all of his social ranking with it. Once he had back position and respect and had gotten over the heartbreak and humiliation of having Elizabeth spurn him for another man, he was a decent guy. He gave his life helping Elizabeth escape and was very upset that Beckett had killed her father.
Personally, I liked that they made the voodoo priestess a Goddess in disguise. That storm she conjured was awesome and made for an incredible battle scene. Those thousands of crabs were pretty gross, though.

Just saw Spiderman 3. Definitely dark. Not nearly as fun as the first ones. Mary Jane was pretty much depressed throughout the whole thing. I saw it on IMax, which was a great way to see the action. The action was pretty good. Topher Grace did an excellent job. I never liked him in anything before.

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer - Didn't like it much.
Ocean's Thirteen - Enjoyed it quite a bit more than Twelve, but still can't top Eleven.

Nancy Drew - Just Kidding ;D ;D The last movie I saw was Rain based on the novel by V.C Andrews. It was really good, I really hope they make the rest of the books in that series into movies.
