The title says it all What was the last movie that you saw at the cinema? The last movie I saw was "Stranger Than Fiction." It was really good, it was a bit different from Colin Farrell's other movies since he didn't act like a complete idiot in it, lol. It shows he can be serious as well as humorous. I really want to go see another movie soon though, the one I want to see the most right now is "Night At the Museum" with Ben Stiller. It has 3 of my favorite actors in it: Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, and Robin Williams. I may have to go sometime this week. -Jess

The last movie I saw at the theater was Borat. It was the funniest thing I've seen in years. I'm kind of scared to see another movie, because it seems like nothing could be nearly as entertaining as that.
I want to go see it again.

I honestly don't remember. I hate trying to remember the last movie I went to see, it drives me mad until I finally find the correct memory...
As it is, the last one I can remember is X-Men 3 back in May. I swear I've seen something since, though.
EDIT: According to others, the last I saw was POTC2, which makes sense.

Meh. I hate going to the cinemas. People are loud, scream at the screen, cell phones are going off and people answer them! The last movie I saw was The Grudge to support Sarah Michelle Gellar. I didn't go for The Return but I think I will for Southland Tales but it's going to be like pulling teeth for me to go.

I think Star Wars: A New Hope - Special Edition as our local cinema has closed down and the one in the nearest town centre well you take your chances with being mugged or not and you also wipe your feet on the way out, its gross!

The last Movie that saw was "Superman Returns" in IMAX 3D seeing a 6 story tall Brandon Routh as Superman, floating in front of you in 3D was Awesome!

I took my Nephew to Eragon. I had heard bad things about it, but I really like it. I hadn't read the books so it was all new to me. My nephew is a big fan of the books and he really liked it too. He said that it was pretty close to the book but they did change the final battle and they left a few characters out. But that happens when you turn a huge book into an hour and a half movie.
My wife and I got $120 in movie money for Christmas so I think we will be seen a few movies in the months to come. We are planning on bringing my Niece and Nephew to Night at the Museum tomorrow and we really want to see Dreamgirls. We're big fans of musicals!

I saw Happy Feet with my niece. It was a cute and funny movie with enough old song references to keep an old fart like me feeling.....well....old. I'd highly recommend it though. I even went as far as getting my niece a remote control Mumble for Christmas.

That must have be AWESOME! All moves should be in I-Max 3-D. That would definitely incite me to see more movies in the theater.

I just adore musicals, as well. Have you ever seen Chess? It's a little known musical from about 1984. Tim Rice did the lyrics and the two guys from ABBA did the music. The most famous song from it was "One Night In Bangkok" sung by Murray Head, Anthony Stuart Head's brother. Anyway, it's my favorite musical, even though it's hard to find. It's rarely staged anymore. Awesome CD, too.

I just saw Night At the Museum. It was a really cute movie, made me laugh quite a few times (sort of reminded me of Jumanji in a way). Owen Wilson just cracks me up. His one-liners in this movie are classic.

I want to say the last movie I saw was The Grudge 2. I go to the movies so infrequently anymore that it's hard to remember. Wasn't too impressed with the movie. Was pretty much just more of the same. I saw it to support SMG more than anything.

The Good Sheperd.
It wasn't that bad, but you could tell it was a first time director. Even if it was De Niro.

Serenity. I love that film. I still watch it every time it comes on Sky even though I have the DVD. :-)

I went to see Borat again last night. I thought it probably wouldn't seem nearly as funny the second time, since I knew what to expect, but I was once again the loudest laugher in the place. I took a friend and she laughed the entire time, too.
She thought the naked wrestling scene was just as funny as I did.
We were very appalled that the guy behind us had brought his two tend year olds and four year old daughter! I mean, the humor in that movie is very racist and sexist. The whole point is that it's absurd, over-the-top, and horrible. Sascha Baron Cohen, who plays Borat, is a Jewish guy who wrote his thesis at Cambridge about racism. But kids don't get that. Also, there is male, full frontal nudity.
Anyway, Borat rocked even the second time.
