I always wanted to see a thread like this but then realized I will be typing for ages. The collection is well over 200, maybe even close to 300 now. Even with having two MP3 players, I still purchase CDs since I don't own a MP3 home system. I basically keep everything in rotation, I listen to everything I own. I have a lot because while in a Japanese taiko druming group, I would pick up a lot of world music for inspiration for solos.
I have listening stations all over the house for different reasons or it because the family wanted it there for a particular reason. The dinning room, which doubles as my craft/customs table, the stereo has Jurassic 5, Depeche Mode, and OK Go!. In my room, I have KT Tunstall and The Fray. In my car, it's The Best of Zapp and Roger and Fort Minor. At work, it's John Legend, TLC, and Diana Krall. In the study, it's Bond and the Killers. Pretty wild, huh?

Do any of you have yours in alphabetical order or any other order? Mine are alphabetical, I find it easier to find what I want that way
