Jack’s joyous reunion is cut short when his fellow survivors realize that an Other is accompanying him. Meanwhile, a mysterious illness strickens Claire.
SPOILERS
I thought this was a really good episode, Kate and Sawyer together again!! I feel so bad for Sun, with what Juliette said about the pregnant woman on the island not surviving. Also I really had my hopes up that she would be good, But of course not and the whole thing about the implant that they put in Claire that made me mad. I just can't wait to find out about Locke next week.

I told you Juliet would break my heart! Teaches me to ever love again! It' way too obvious, what the point in the "she's evil" twist if its the first thing you think when you see the scene? I hoped they would be more original by making us "suspect" her with every wrong thing that happened and then surprise us with her not being evil after all. Long live cliche.

I didnt suspect her - I must be naive - the evil conwoman!!!
If Claire survived then maybe Sun will be ok as she got pregant before going on the island, like Claire? Sun hasnt even started to show yet!
At least we learnt abit about why the Others are there.
Do you think some diseases disappear when living on the island? Rose has cancer but she said that she felt it had gone, Locke can work after breaking his spinal coloumn. But Ben has/had a tumour - weird all weird!
And who did Sawyer shoot before getting on the plane?

And who did Sawyer shoot before getting on the plane? Actually, this one was already explain back in the first season (Episode 16 "Outlaws"). He shot a man who he though was responsible for his lost (the real Sawyer, who conned James's parents and caused his father to kill James's mother and himself). But eventually it turned out to be a set up; then man Sawyer shot wasn't the one from his childhood, the guy owed money to someone, so they used Sawyer to kill him.

personally I loved the 'twist'.
I did think she was gonna be good...but then when hye mentioned the book 'carrie' rather pointedly I thought it may be a hint...so I thought it maybe hinting she was gonna turn against them all....and low and behold. She has.
But I dont see it as too much of a cliche. Im glad it has been done so that we know she is evil but none of them do...so we can follow her in her wicked ways rather than being in the dark like the rest of the islanders.
Just realized by using the terms 'wicked/evil' make her sound like some monster which she isnt but you know what I mean...she cant be trusted!

You are clever James I never got the hint thing about 'carrie'.
The thing is with Juliet is that you do feel sorry for her, the whole thing about her sister and cancer and the baby - it tugs at your heart strings. Also she has a sweet face (if you know what I mean) - but she is bad, a bad bad woman
