I really Love this show. I really like the premise as well as the witty dialog. My favorite characters are George, Betty and Mason. I was so sorry that Betty left the show so early and Daisy was a fair replacement...but Betty was way cooler

It's my favourite show as of late. (If nobody hadn't guessed already.)
George is the wittiest character I've ever seen on ANY tv show. And Ellen Muth is brilliant at delivering all of those great lines.
I can't decide who my overall favourite character is though, since I like them all. I do love Laura Harris, so I guess I could go with Daisy, but George, Mason etc are just too damn funny.
I loved Betty too, but I love Daisy also. I found Daisy annoying for the first few episodes that she appeared, but very quickly warmed up to her. But like you said, Betty was just too cool. So I'm undecided on that issue. I'd have liked Betty's disappearence to be mentioned again throughout the series, though. Was the name 'Betty' even mentioned once after Daisy's arrival? I didn't like how they got over her disappearence so quickly.
My favourite episode has to be the Pilot, (or the first half of it at least) since it is so detailed and well thought out. Every other episode has great elements to it too, don't get me wrong, but I just love that pilot! Especially when George explains that she no interest in being a good person or a bad person, 'cause either way you're screwed. That has to be the best quote ever.
And finally, I love 'Der Waffle Haus' - that place is just too cool!

I like the episode where death takes a day off and the gravelings have nothing better to do than screw around. I thought the gravelings were the icing on the cake of that show, like when the guy gets lit on fire, the graveling picks up the smoke, takes a drag, then tosses it down the hole.
But I think my all time favorite death was the "mountain dew" guy that jumps off the parking garage.

I Loved the gravelings I like the episode where Mason killed the character that Eric Mc Cormack (Will on Will & Grace) played, while trying to protect Daisy and then when he died he turned into a Graveling

Lmao,
Gravelings aren't really that scary on the show. If you see clips of them, they usually look quite dopey and dimwitted. So not that scary, hehe.
I've always wanted to know what happened to Ray's soul though once George reaped the graveling. Did he just cease to exist?

There were 2 seasons of 15 episodes. The first season was only technically 14 episodes, but the pilot is two episodes long, so it sort of equals out.
It was a great show that I feel could have supported at least one more season. True, there was never going to be any form of closure, since George was doomed to be a reaper for decades to come, but still... One more season at least would have still been nice.

I heard that this show was very good and am thinking about asking for the DVDs as a Birthday present when my birthday comes.

I want the dvds too. I've watched a couple of the episode and I really love the show. George is a really great character. I love her personality, her unimpressed attitude and witty comments are refreshing. They all work really well together. Mason is such a slacker but cute. I liked Betty but I like the way she left the show too. It was kind of cool and I quickly liked her replacement Daisy. Great show!

I didn't watch the series when it firsted aired, but a friend of mine bought season 1 and I watched and wow. First off, its filmed where I live so its kind of funny, but second the series was simply just amazing.
George and Betty are my favorite, and yeah I agree Betty's early depature was kind of a shock. And Daisy... she was only good in season 2 when her story line became more and her character less bitch-bitch.
I now own season 1 and 2 and my favorite season is 2, just because of the total randomness sometimes. My favorite scene is the one in the church with Daisy and the man who says he's a woman and starts yelling at god. The music and everything was just... wow.
The series finale was really good too. The final line "It's not so bad. Being Dead Like Me." was just... aw!
I think the series could have worked for a season 3, and its sad such good HBO shows seem to always get canned early.
