Hi all I am sure you are all aware that I am catching up with Smallville. I am now on season 2. RyanIt was so nice to see the return of Ryan - but then he died The most emotional Smallville episode yet. Wasn't that sad? Ryan went off with his aunt and you thought he was going to have a good life, then we see him again and his aunt abandoned him because she couldn't take his powers and he's in the middle of his own nightmare. Smallville gets more and more intense and emotional as it goes along.

Poor Lana I didn't mind Whitney dying because I never forgave him for the horrible thing he did to Clark in the series premiere. I think he should have gone to jail for kidnapping Clark and tying him to a crucifix, then leaving him there. If he'd been a normal human, and Lex hadn't discovered him, he could have died. That's why kidnapping is counted as attempted murder in the US. Good riddance, Whitney!

Season 2 has finished on ITV2. Does anyone know if they are showing season 3?

ITV2 Smallville page says Fridays at 19:00, but the listing says The New Adventures of Superman. So, last time they did a series about, you might have to wait for a little while before Smallville gets it's turn. Will keep an eye out though and keep you posted!

Is "The New Adventures of Superman" the title they are advertising Smallville under, or is it a different show altogether?
ABC Family just stopped showing the four times a week 7 PM reruns here. They moved it to midnight just three days a week. I can still tivo it, but it's too bad anyway. I hated that it was only on four days a week already.
Now I'm considering getting a couple of seasons on DVD. Maybe seasons 4 and 5, which I think are the best ones. Season 6 is really excellent, too, but it's not out on DVD yet.

I must admit the show is getting better and better. And just when I thought Clark and Lana were gona snog in Accelarate' they didnt. YAWN! Christopher Reeve also made a guest appearance. What really spooked me was that they played the original 'SUPERMAN' theme tune at the end of the scene. I had shivers down my spine! I think the New Adeventures of Superman is the show with Dean Cain? and Teri Hatcher. I would rather have Tom Welling any day

I was quite suprised about the finale with Clark wearing the Ruby and riding off in to the sunset. What about Lex? What has Helen done? I knew Martha was going to loose the baby at some stage I must admit though I was kind of fed up with Chole's character, moaning about Clark and Lana (she must have known they would get together), and now she is working for Lionel (shame on you)! I think Clark should tell her his secret, I think she would be honoured that he told her and they would be good friends again.

I think the New Adeventures of Superman is the show with Dean Cain? and Teri Hatcher. I would rather have Tom Welling any day That show was really called "Lois and Clark". It's kind of a pun on "Lewis and Clark" a pair of famous American explorers who mapped much of the west of the United States after America bought it from Napolean. I guess they figured that Brits wouldn't get the title as being about Superman, or something. I think Dean Cain is pretty hot, but that show is really more of a kids show, not a drama like Smallville. All the Christoper Reeve stuff was so well done on Smallville. I'm so glad they brought him on the show. He made another appearance later. Then Margot Kidder showed up as a representative of his foundation and his former love after Christopher Reeve died. I thought it was pretty exciting when Clark took the red Kryptonite and took off for Metropolis at the end of the season. The next season's opener is very exciting and has reprecussions for the rest of the show.
