I read in the Heroes Magazine that Tim Kring the creator of Heroes in the summer of 2004 saw two films back to back, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and The Incredibles. Both, in different ways, showed extraordinary people living outwardly mundane lives. Tim replies: "Those two movies definitely influenced the idea of Heroes.""In the Incredibles. I love the depiction of the daughter who's in high school and all she wants to do is fit in. "I think that all of [the heroes characters' initial] reactions are within the realm of reality, of how people would react to this thing. For instance, this is the last in the world that Claire wants --- to be different.
