I read that I can only imagine the phone call the family gets: "Mrs. Johnson, you may want to come down to see your mother one last time." "What happened?" "The cat is sleeping next to her." ". . ."

That is really freaky, but in a way not since cats sense things we don't. Perhaps it related to Egyptian beliefs about Anubis? Makes you wonder if he is some kind on ninja cat who is suffocating the patients or likewise when the nurses are not looking. I sure wouldn't like one of his visits! Freaky!

How comforting for the patients, staff and relatives. He even made it into a Medical Journal,so the story must have some truth behind it. I think some animals do have a sixth sense.
