Hi guys
I thought it was about time I did something to loose the extra weight I gained whilst pregnant, to get more fit and have more energy, and some time out for me, so I joined a local Gym.
I went to my first class Monday Aquaerobics and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was on such a high all day that I had actually done something, and felt much better for it.
Do any of you go to a gym, do regular exercise to keep fit?

Way to go girl! I don't go to a gym but I do exercise on a regular basis. Usually biking, walking, or just doing sit-ups.

Ali, you looked fabulous when I met you! Extra baby weight indeed! You were a knockout with your gorgeous hair!
I used to do Kickboxing and got to Blue belt (had Purple, Brown, Black 1st Dan left) but my operations kinda put a stop to that. Loved it though and I represented the West Midlands in National competitions three times.

Aww thank you Vicks you are a sweetie. Lacey thanks for the words of encouragement. Thats brilliant about the Kickboxing Vicks, I would love to do that but havent got the stamina or strength... yet!

I am only saying the truth. Loads of new moms would kill to have your figure so soon! (I'm not on about celebrity tummy tucks following the caesarian) but healthy honest to goodness weight loss.
