I saw the final episode of Reaper last night and was a bit sad cause I knew it was not coming back next season Rarely does one find a show like this with the type of humor that Kevin Smith releases in his movies...I really enjoyed the gang of Sam, Sock and Ben in the hilarious antics they would endure on a weekly basis ;D The charm, wit that Ray Wise (The Devil )had with Brett Harrison (Sam the Reaper) was so good that it made you LOL all the time and they worked of each other so well it was perfect comedic timing. They tied a couple of loose ends but It had more left in the tank. As the final minutes came to an end I was so bummed...for I truly will miss the little engine that could called Reaper.

I will miss it as well. I loved Sock especially. It really seems like the network really gave up on it this year. The writing was really not as good as the first. Although, the characters were still fun and engaging. RIP-Reaper.

We saw the finale in the UK last night, and it was a sad affair. I had avoided spoilers and I was so hoping Sam would win his soul back. So many loose ends was a shame and I kept hoping we were going to get a few more minutes. The comedic timing was always great and the trio really geled, and the scenes with Ray Wise were classic, though Sock completely rocked and had the best lines. Its just a shame as with backing it could have been the male version of Buffy, but it never seemed to be given enough energy to take flight. Such a shame. RIP Reaper. I was even hoping Ray might jump ship to be the devil on Supernatural, shame that did not work out. Ray would have shown Jensen and Jared a little something in the charisma and suave department.
