Big news from Fox's portion of winter press tour! The net just announced that Prison Break would be coming to an end this season. Oh, did I say big news? I meant news we all saw coming a mile away. The final string of episodes will kick off April 17, but exactly how many episodes there will be is an open question. "We've got our remaining batch of four episodes and then there are a couple more we're contemplating," says network prez Kevin Reilly, adding that the four-year old Prison has simply run its course. "The show is played out." Do you agree? Will you miss it? Looking for more scoop? Check out what Prison Break's exec producer told Lynette Rice exclusively about the series finale (for starters, "There will be deaths'') at EW's Hollywood Insider. Fox is good at cancelling.
I'm worried that Bones will be next, now that Fox has moved it to Thursday at 8 PM, where it has huge competition for several shows, especially My Name is Earl and Ugly Betty, but also Smallville.
Fox, why'd ya have to do it? Bones is a show with a good heart and some funny moments, not just another criminal forensic mystery show, not to mention David Boreanaz!

As much as I love the show, I honestly felt where else could the show go to after this season? After so many deaths, there would hardly be anyone left. Let's hope it goes out on a high.

Yeah...it's like FOX wants it shows to fail...the good ones we like Im surprised that Eliza and Joss went with FOX after both of their shows were not given a chance and were canceled (Tru Calling, Firefly) Im a bit worried that the same fate may happen to the Dollhouse If that happens..it would put a sour taste in Eliza and Joss regarding working with television again. i hope it does not happen and that the dollhouse is a hit and that it is around for a long time. Fingers crossed Fox is good at cancelling.
