Scott! You are such the artist of the forum! the resemblance is striking! What was your inspiration? Well, obviously, Brandon Routh! Lol, excuse my silly question... Did you draw him from memory or from a picture?
I am impressed...It's just beautiful!

Scotty,
I'm waiting (im) patiently for your Christopher Reeve drawing! I want to buy a set of the prints from you!
How's it coming? Do you have a picture you are using for inspiration? The one in your banner? You know how much I love THAT one!
Let me know how it's coming!

Never fear Maria the Christopher Reeve drawing is in the beginning stages. I have many photos that I am looking over for inspiration (including the one in my banner). I am trying to find a particuliar photo of Christopher Reeve pulling open the Clark Kent shirt and tie revealing the Superman Costume but haven't had any luck...not to worry I have another idea in the works... so... Stay Tuned

WOWIE ZOWIE, SCOTTY!
He's fantastic! He looks so cute and young!
The likeness looks really good. The nose doesn't yet have that roman look of Christoper Reeve's but I know that you add a lot of the struture with the color, as well.
I love that CR thick neck and jawline. Boy, I miss that guy!
I'm really psyched to see it finished.

Wow, he's going to be SUPER! Sorry, I couldn't resist I can't wait to see him in color. I do agree with Maria that his nose needs to be a little thinner, more classic looking. But, other than that minor point... incredible work! So good to see you back drawing again, Scotty!

Wow! It looks so cool! I love the the colors and the shading on his face!
My only suggestion would be to make the waist smaller and start that indentation as the ribs go down.
I can't find the original picture that you sent me before, but I couldn't, so I don't know how it was pictured. But I think that would be a more natural line of the ribcage and waist, not to mention sexy. It would give the sense of the pecs, ribs and waistline.
It looks really lovely overall. I love the hair so much. It's so Christopher Reeve!

Thanks so much for the comments Maria Your feedback is very important to me. Not to worry there will be a lot more shading on the chest and ribs and waist. the colors are just blocked in for now, when finished these areas will be more intense and defined. Now that you pointed it out the waist does indeed need to be a little slimmer. Thank You Again
