Here is a quick sketch that I have done of David Boreanaz as "Angel" This sketch is done with graphite pencil and white highlights on colored paper. I am not sure how I am going to finish this sketch so I have labeled it as In progress. Basically I did this sketch mostly as practice and as a diversion to help clear my thoughts and work out ideas for another drawing that I am currently working on. as always constructive comments and criticisms are always welcomed and appreciated so please let me know what you think ;D

He is gorgeous! Scotty, have you ever done pics of animals? Are you willing to? Thanks Ali I have done animal portraits before; usually as part of an overall Illustration (Unicorns, Phoenix, Griffin, Dragons). I have even drawn a couple of pets (Dogs and cats and birds) for friends. It isn't something that I usually do (not sure if am especially good at it...LOL) but depending on the animal and the request I would be willing.

Scotty, He is just amazing!! I'm so glad you decided to do him the way we both liked him best.. back in the day.. long and lean! I am so in love with this work, that I may actually have to push Spike aside in my heart to make room for Angel!! As much as I love living color, I think your choice of black and white is perfect for the character's personality and makes the work much more dramatic and thought provoking (besides lust). I love his hair (it goes straight up -LOL), the jawline and of course, the hands. DB has lovely hands with long fingers (no comments ladies)- manly, yet elegant- and you captured them perfectly~! Wow, everytime I think you've outdone yourself.. your next piece is even more impressive! Salty goodness is right!

Damn, Scotty, that is just amazing. I love how crisp and smooth it is.
The texture and layering effect of the hair is wonderful. Very cool highlights.
What strikes me most of all are the eyes. They are just so sexy! The jawline is great, too. Very young Angel, before he chunked up on his own show.
I just love this picture!
