I used to only watch this show if I was up late, but now with Tivo, I realized it's a great show to record every night and watch when just hanging out online.
I remember David Letterman all the way back to when he had his morning show on NBC, right after the Today show, back in the early 80s.
The first years of his Late Late Show on NBC, he was so silly and hilarious. Then after he got overlooked to replace Johnny Carson on Late Night, she seemed to get bitter and mean.
But since Letterman's heart attack and having a kid, he's really softened. He's back to being silly.
He's so quick and fun. I really love watching his show regularly without having to stay up to do it.
Tivo rocks!
Does anyone else watch Letterman?

The only late night show I could ever get into was Conan. I would watch the others depending on the guests. Conan was the only one I would watch no matter what guest was on. But to be fair, Letterman was the best interviewer out of the lot.

I think which show appeals to you probably depends on what kind of sense of humor you have. I've never thought Conan was funny. And his bizarre, Bob's Big Boy red hair and little boy face on top of that huge body just freak me out.
I do love the "In the year 2000!" skits are hilarious. I love that they kept the year 2000 as some future date, even years after it has passed.

I'm a big fan of David Letterman as well, but you already knew that Maria. I'm not able to watch him every night, but when I do I only usually watch the beginning of it since I like his stand up comedy best. I'm also a fan of Craig Ferguson. I actually like him more than David Letterman, Craig has more of my style sense of humor. I love his skits of Prince Charles, Michael Caine, and Sean Connery, lol. I'm not a fan of Jay Leno or Conan though, their sense of humor really doesn't appeal to me all that much. -Jess
