So, who watches Torchwood? Any thoughts? Personally, I find the show quite good - it's so different from Dr. Who but then again as enjoyable. I just hope for better Dr.Who crossovers in series 2.

OMGOMG
i was amazinly excited while watchign torchwood for the sole fact that the intial car chase/speeding bit at the beginning was all filmed in my village!lol. the round about and village streets thye drove through are all my local village like 2 minutes away form my house! they drove past my frigging high school and the lough the local pub! HAHA! i cant believe i missed em filming it but I guess they film it at like 4am so no one bothers them but still...was cool to watch em whizzing around the round about like a 30 sec walk from my front door.
oh and the bar where james marsters and john barrowman snog and fight...is actual the 'thai edge' resturant in town. been for meals there. haha. Ill never get tired of seeing my home town cardiff in doctor who and torchwood. loves it.
didnt get to see whole episode but i will be catching rerun of it and carry on watching it every week. But the most entertaining thing i get out of it is seeing all my local spots on film. I still cant get over the fact that spike was in town...lol.

James, it must be so wicked cool to recognize all those areas! ;D I'm so have to get some time off and visit UK to check all those Dr. Who/Torchwood locations! The episode was good, quiet an improvement over last season and from the look of it, the next few episodes are gonna be nothing less.

I have never seen Torchwood before and because I knew James was in it I decided to give it a go. I enjoyed it. Its different to Dr Who which is good. Anyway a few questions. Is James in it just for one episode? Is everyone in love with Jack? It seems to be that way! Ha. What is Jack?
Thanks x

Is James in it just for one episode? Is everyone in love with Jack? It seems to be that way! Ha. What is Jack? Thanks x James gonna be back later on (according to the swift trailer of this season). Everybody is in-love with Jack. Jake is human from the future (all of future man kind are multisexual and breed with any one and any thing). He was a time agent who left (for whatever reason) the agency. He encountered the Doctor and Rose when he tried to con them (thinking they were time agents) by selling them a futuristic ambulance in WWII era but ended up teaming up with them, till he was killed by the Daleks and revived by "Bad-Wold" Rose (when she absorbed the time vortex) and because of this he cannot die. For better understanding I'd suggest catching up with few Dr. Who episodes: Season 1 episodes 9-13 and Season 3 episodes 11-13. Edit: Or just read this. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captain_Jack_Harkness

Cheers Lior. Have only watched a few eps of Dr Who. Most recently the one where he meets his new friend (the one training to be a Dr). Oh and the Kylie christmas special one. I enjoy it, but its time. Much prefer David over Christopher.

That's cool! ;D Though, keep in mind that season 1 was a bit different. IMO, the final episodes were pretty much as season 2 now, but the first episodes were a bit "off".

We dont need another girl on the Team! x Martha is there on a guest role as she's heading back to Dr. Who later on. Won't saying anything else for obvious reasons.
