Hi Does anyone watch any aussie soaps? A few years back I really enjoyed watching 'Neighbours', 'Home and Away' and 'Shortland Street'. I have recently started watching Neighbours again, firstly because my husband watches it (its on series link on sky plus!) and secondly because I was on maternity leave the tv would be on all day and I would watch the afternoon one, and then the evening one too Soaps are easy to watch, they dont need you to concentrate and you can miss a few episodes and pick it up whenever. Does anyone watch any aussie soaps, they were a fave with us brits a few years back, are they still now?

Neighbours is my life! I love it so much. I was brought up on it as a kid. It may be painfully embarassing sometimes but some of the storylines are great. Some of it's storylines are really gripping, even if they are a little unrealistic.

I loved it quite recently when Paul Robinson married Lynne, then immediatley left her, and then Stef puched him - that was hilarious! Poor Lynne though
I cant get used to these new characters Peppa etc....
Who is your fave character at the mo Rich? Mine has to be Geneele - she is funny!

If you find yourself in front on the box this Saturday night... then BBC3 are showing a series back to back called Neighbours Revealed which apparantly takes a look at the history and secrets of the show. It starts at 8.25pm through to 10.50pm.
