Are Chritsmas cracker prizes the UK version of the stupid cheap prizes that we in the US find in a Box of "Cracker Jacks"?? (Cracker Jacks is a caramel popcorn and peanut snack that has a small cheap prize in the box)You know Christmas crackers? Paper wraps with a small gunpowder charge inside so when pulled the paper tears apart and they go bang? It is traditional that crackers contain a paper crown, a seriously dodgy joke (e.g. What do you call an igloo without a toilet? An ig. What lies at the bottom of the sea and shakes? A nervous wreck. etc, etc.) and a prize, that range from the completely inane to the utterly useless and stupid. Are cracker jacks the things in the gold crinkles foil and orange packet? 5. A magnetic clip. Name 5 movies set in the future.

Cracker jacks is the name of the caramel popcorn and peanut snacks...they come in a box that has a cheap prize in the bottom of the box...they are sold year round and had their biggest popularity from the 1950's to 1970's...they are still available today now back to the game... ;D 1.
