The Avery for our Parrot is complete now and she loves out there - she chirps and talks away to herself.
I went for a meal with my ex work colleagues and we had a right laugh gossiping, chatting etc... and the meal was delicious.
My doggie has been playing with my Son, keeping him occupied.

And today:
After being forced to read Romeo and Juliet about three or four times in the past two years, I can now comfortably relax knowing I never have to ever again...

What made me smile today? The realization that I NEVER have to do RE ever again! ;D What's RE? That's a lot of times to read Romeo and Juliet. Today some chocolate made me smile, and watching some reruns of Spin City. I'm also in a productive mood, getting a bunch done, which always makes me happy.

What made me smile today? The realization that I NEVER have to do RE ever again! ;D What's RE? That's a lot of times to read Romeo and Juliet. RE = Religious Education. Such a boring lesson and so bloody pointless. Nothing you can't pick up from the media or parents. It's a mandatory lesson over here in the UK, which we even have exams on, urgh. Though I think it isn't taught in schools in the US? Urgh, I've had about three exams and one piece of coursework based upon that sodding play. I hated it the first time, let alone the fourth...

I am a bit late posting these -
Scottys scan of the drawing he is doing for me. My son being christened on Sunday. Losing a bit of weight (I am sure I have put it back on now though, had a lovely 3 course meal after the Christening!) Plans for a new TV Trivia game - to be started shortly!

The Daily Show really cheered me up today. It's weird how Jon Stewart can make cynicism seem so fun and comforting. It's a crazy, messed up world, but he makes me laugh at all the corruption, hypocrisy and hopelessness of it all.

My hubby suprised me and bought me the last ever Buffy magazine and Supernatural DVD series 1! Oh Buffy Magazine is over? Sad! It's the end of an era. *hangs head in moment of silence*
