Where do you see yourself in 12 months? 5 years? Favourite film ever? Why? Which one show would you love to guest star in and why? 1. In twelve months I see myself in the same job, in the same flat etc... 2. In the next five years I will probably have another baby, hopefully be further up the ladder in my Career or in a teaching job, and have a House. 3. This is so hard I have so many favourite films. I will have to go with Titanic. I loved the whole history surrounding the fateful Voyage. I loved the special effects in the film. Kate Winslet was brilliant as Rose and Billy Zane as the baddie! 4. I would love to guest star in 'Prison Break', I would play Sarah whilst she was on maternity leave. I would make sure I would get loads of snogs and hugs from Wentworth!

Beef, Yorkshire puddings, mash, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese and plenty of veg. 2. Donnie Darko. It wasnt what I expected at all considering the amount of well known actors in the film. I was disappointed because a lot of people rave about it. 3. At a Disco I used to go to. I was 14. He was a friend and we started playfighting and he kissed me. We started dating (as if you can date when you are 14!). It kind of faded but we stayed friends up until we left School. Nice lad and I still see him around even now and he will always say hello.

1. How old were you when you got pregnant? 2. Before Drew was born did you know he was gonna be a boy, or did you want it to be a surprise? 3. Did you already have his name picked out? 4. Were there other baby names you were thinking of?

Were there other baby names you were thinking of? 1. I was 27. 2. We wanted a suprise so we didnt find out at the 20th (weekish scan). 3 + 4. Yes along with other names, Devon, Joseph, Mickey, Piper, Brooke, Rosie. Initially I wanted a girl we would have named her Brooke (my maiden name is Brookes). I then knew towards the end of the pregancy that it was going to be a boy because we were really undecided about a name. I also wanted Andrew after my Husband but he thought that having the same name was old fashioned these days. It was going to be between Devon and Drew and he looked more like a Drew. His full name is Drew Joseph Micheal Shepherd. Joseph (after my grandad who passed away 3 months before he was born) and Micheal (after Andrew's dad who died in 2003).

What has been your most defining moment (baby Drew aside)?
Is there a part of your life you'd like to "do-over" and can you tell us what?

What has been your most defining moment (baby Drew aside)? Is there a part of your life you'd like to "do-over" and can you tell us what? My Wedding Day. I had an amazing day with my family and friends, I still want to do the day again. We will renew our vows in the future. We were very stressed about the whole day, but it came together and everything was perfect. I would have paid a professional to video record the day for us. I wouldnt say that there is a part of my life that I would do over becuase I think everything is a learning curve and fate plays a big hand in life. I just wish that Andy and I had done more things together as a couple and relished our time before Drew came along. Having Drew has relly changed our lives and our time is just not our own anymore. I think that is one of the hardest things about having a baby, oh and the sleep deprivation!

What is the best piece of advice you can give as a) a person, b) a nurse, c) a mom? a) Love yourself and have self- confidence. If you dont love yourself and have good self esteem then no-one else will treat or respect you right. Does that make sense? b) To my patients: Know when your body is tired and rest, however you must work hard and push yourself to become as independent as you possibly can (working on a rehab ward, talking about mobility). c) Listen to the family, friends but ultimately you know your child and you will know whats the best for them.
